SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, that’s what we’re here for! Although we handle each return on a case-by-case basis with the sole objective of satisfying our customers, here are a few guidelines and frequently asked questions if a refund or exchange is needed.

Exchanges

That work-out has you like… Did I lose weight? If a size change is all that is needed, no problem. We offer free exchanges! Contact us letting our team know what size is right for you and we will issue you a return label. Once the item is received we will provide you with a new tracking number. All exchanges must be received within 30 days of receiving your package. After 30 days of receiving your package of we are not able to exchange your order.

Returns/Store Credit

We understand if things may not fit or just not your style. All returns must be received within 30 days of receiving your package. After 30 days of receiving your package of we are not able to accept your return or exchange your order. We offer free returns for store credit!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we do not provide return labels for international orders outside of the U.S. However, we will accept the return and refund if the item (s) is received within 30 days. 

Once your return is accepted by our team store credit for your product will then be placed on your account for any future orders! Please email Service@blendinzen.com referencing your order number to get started.

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer free returns for store credit, but if you wish for a full refund the shipping and handling back to our facility is your responsibility. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are considered FINAL SALE.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Rejections will be based on the return eligibility listed above.

After approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned package. Email us for a return!

If you are too busy to get a return label for that refund you would like just shoot us an email asking for one. The cost for the return label is $9.99 and will be automatically deducted from the original payment to cover the cost of shipping. To start a refund please contact service@blendinzen.com for an RA# and return label.

Damaged Items (if applicable)

Of course we replace damaged or defective items! We still need to be contacted within 30 days of the package delivery. To complete the exchange please contact us at service@blendinzen.com.

Gift Returns (if applicable)

Gifts are fun! If you received a gift from BlendInZen and you need to return your gift, our 30-day return policy still applies. Your will receive a credit to pick out another amazing item!

Shipping

Free shipping for all domestic orders over $100.00!

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if a refund is needed. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
